工作职责:For Engineer:1.Familiar with MOS/Bipolar/Diode/Resistor/CAP model extraction.2. Familiar with mismatch and statistical model.3. Familiar with hspice/spectre simulator4. Able to design and coordinate layouts and device matrices planning for modeling testchip development5. Hands-on experience with on-wafer DC/AC/noise characterization.6. Familiar with MBP, MQA, BSIMProPlus, MeQLab, ICCAP.For Technical Manager:1. To perform DC/AC/noise/large-signal characterization and model extraction of transistors by using BSIM model architectures in SPECTRE and HSPICE model formats2. To design and coordinate Conventional layout and device matrices planning for modeling testchip development3. To create and maintain testcases for transistor models integration into PDK kits, to perform simulations and physical quality assurance checks in order to ensure error free PDK kits delivery to customers.4. To characterize and analyze active and passive devices to debug and improve logic/memory processes and products5. Device characterization, analyses, debug and improvement from memory and logic technologies to support PIE and customers6. To develop test program, and to define test flow to meet device analysis requirement7. Device/flash cell electrical test and characterization8. To create and update model release notes, model reference documents and application notes.任职资格:For Engineer:1.B.S. Minimum, Masters preferred in Micro-electronics or Physics2.3 or more years relevant experience3.Team wrk and problem solving skillsFor Technical Manager:1. At least 10 years related work experience.2. Be familiar with semiconductor fabrication technology.3. Be familiar with spice model extraction, including MOSFET, BJT, Diode, Resistor base band model, statistical model.4. Be familiar with Electric Design Rule set up.5. Hands-on experience with on-wafer DC/AC characterization procedures using Cascade Microtech prober, Agilent’s B1500 etc.6. Data analysis and statistical skills with proven ability to evaluate, analyses and present data.7. Aptitude to identify the root cause of problems and work with multiple organizations for resolution.8. Capable of using/creating "script"s, e.g. perl, python, etc.9.
